Summer smoothie bowl with berries
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 handfuls of frozen blackcurrants
- 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Be Active superfood mix
If desired, add:
- Garnish with almond and coconut flakes
Recipe
Add everything to a blender and blend until silky smooth. This amount makes 1-2 servings.
Tip! For a thicker consistency, add less liquid and use frozen berries and fruits.
