Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 2 handfuls of frozen blackcurrants
  • 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Be Active superfood mix

If desired, add:

  • Garnish with almond and coconut flakes

Recipe

Add everything to a blender and blend until silky smooth. This amount makes 1-2 servings.

Tip! For a thicker consistency, add less liquid and use frozen berries and fruits.
