Strawberry-collagen smoothie
Ingredients:
- 150 g frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries)
- 1/2 banana
- a handful of cashews
- a little vanilla extract and Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Strawberry’n’Blackcurrant collagen
- 1 glass of plant-based milk
