Halloween cocoa muffins

Ingredients

  • 15 g of linseed flour
  • 180 ml of herbal almond drink
  • 40 g of coconut sugar
    30 g of maple syrup
  • 140 g of apple puree
  • 40 g melted virgin coconut oil
    ———
  • 45 g of almond flour
  • 45 g of Be More raw cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Be Fit superfood mix
  • 75 g of corn flour
  • 85 g of rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

For decoration

  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • A piece of dark and white chocolate
  • 5 Oreo cookies

Recipe

  • Heat the oven to 180 C.
  • In the first bowl, mix the ingredients together, in the second bowl sift the dry ingredients.
  • Now mix the bowls together.
  • Add soda and vinegar. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour into the mold and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Let it cool.
  • For decoration, melt chocolates and make eyes and mouths. Put in the fridge to harden.
  • Remove the can of coconut milk from the fridge and remove the thick cream from the liquid. You get about 200g of cream.
  • Whip the cream with powdered sugar. Put in a piping bag and decorate the muffins.
  • Make bats from Oreo cookies.
  • Decorate the muffins with chocolate eyes.
