Detox smoothie
Ingredients (for 2 portions)
- 300 g of pineapple, banana, mango, and spinach
- 1 medium avocado
- 150–200 ml liquid (water or almond milk)
- 2 tsp Be More Detox superfood mix
Optional
- 1 tbsp rice protein
For garnish
- Fresh or frozen berries
- Coconut flakes
- Hemp seeds
- Raw cacao nibs
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Add mango, pineapple, spinach, and banana to a blender.
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel. Use a spoon to scoop the avocado into the blender.
- Pour in the liquid.
- Add the Detox superfood mix and, if desired, protein powder (such as collagen or rice protein).
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the finished mixture into a bowl and garnish as desired.
Tip: When making a smoothie bowl, adjust the amount of liquid based on your blender’s capabilities and your preferences. The thicker the consistency, the easier it is to eat with a spoon and decorate. If you prefer a drinkable smoothie, simply add more liquid and serve in a glass.
