Be Smart strawberry smoothie
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 5-6 almonds
- 1/2 fresh or 1 glass of frozen mango
- 200 ml of ice-cold water
- 1 tbls of Be Smart superfood mix
- For serving some almond flakes
Recipe:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. Tips - Add healthy fats (avocado, almonds, other nuts) to the smoothie, which will slow down the absorption of carbohydrates and keep you feeling full for longer.
