Be Fit vegan ice cream

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of Be Fit vegan ice cream powder
  • 350 ml of oat milk
  • Favorite waffle cones

Recipe:

  • It is recommended to take a bowl with a high rim, in which you can mix the ice cream mixture later.
  • Add 1 packet (200 g) of Be Fit ice cream powder and 350 ml of oat milk, mix until smooth.
  • Place the bowl in the freezer for 1.5 hours.
  • Then whip the mixture for about 4-5 minutes with a mixer. The mixture should become airy and foamy.
  • Place the bowl in the freezer again, this time overnight or at least 6 hours.
  • Form scoops of the ice cream and enjoy!
