  • 1 banana
  • 150g frozen mangos
  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 250g blueberry
  • Apple juice dependant on your wishes for level of thickness

Recipe

  • Take the ingredients
  • Slice up banana
  • Put the banana together with frozen fruits into your blender
  • Pour in apple juice.
  • Add a teaspoon of Be Active superfood mix
  • Blend for a minute or two
