Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 100 g pumpkin puree
  • 3 dates
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Be More turmeric & black pepper capsule
  • 200 ml of plant-based milk

Recipe

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • If desired, add cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom to get an even more pleasant spicy experience!
