What does these products consist of?

Be Sporty ingredients: pea protein powder (77%), freeze-dried blackcurrant powder, freeze-dried granadilla powder, freeze-dried lemon powder.

Supplement for joints ingredients: Glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (derived from CRUSTACEANS) (carrier: polyvinylpyrrolidone), microcrystalline cellulose (bulk), methylsulfonylmethane biofonidone complex, silica (bovine), chondroitin sulphate, collagen (bovine), pine (anti-caking agent), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (glazing agent), 20: 1 extract of ginger (Zingiber officinale) root (carrier: maltodextrin), glycerol (glazing agent), carnauba wax (Copernica cerifera) (glazing agent).

How to use it?

Add 1 tablespoon of Be Sporty superfood powder to water, smoothie, yogurt or porridge. Be Sporty is suitable for use, for example, after training, for muscle recovery. In case of high intensity training, the amount can be increased to 2-3 tablespoons.
