Here are some ideas of what You could use:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Carrots<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Cucumber<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Bell pepper<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Eggplant<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Cauliflower<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Broccoli<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Hummus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 tin of chickpeas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3 tsp of tahini<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1-2 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u00bd lemon juice<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1)Wash vegetables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2)Cut vegetable sticks and serve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3)Wash chickpeas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">4)Blend all hummus ingredients with seam mixer or food processor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">5)If needed, add some water to Your hummus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">6)Serve.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bemore.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Detox-menu-web-36.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-13813\" src=\"https:\/\/bemore.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Detox-menu-web-36-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\">Quinoa salad<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">50 g uncooked quinoa<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">6 strawberries<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Handful of rucola<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 tbs of chopped peppermint leaves<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 tbs of chopped onion leaves<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">5 chopped pecan nuts<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u00bd avocado<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 tsp olive oil<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 tbs fresh orange juice<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 tsp chopped orange peel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 tsp balsamico<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1)Wash quinoa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2)Bring 120 ml of water to boil and add quinoa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3)Boil quinoa 10-12 min.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">4)Meanwhile chop other ingredients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">5)Stir cooked quinoa to Your salad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">6)Take small bowl and stir all Your sauce ingredients in it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">7)Add sauce to Your salad and serve.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bemore.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Detox-menu-18.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-14021\" src=\"https:\/\/bemore.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Detox-menu-18-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\">Puree Soup<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 beetroot<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 carrot<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">150 g pumpkin<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 celery stalk<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1-2 garlic clove<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Lemon juice<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Some black pepper, chilli pepper, ginger and salt if You like.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 tsp olive oil<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 l water<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1 tbs pumpkin seeds<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Handful of fresh green onion leaves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Handful of fresh till.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Recipe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1)Peel beetroot, pumpkin and carrot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2)Cut all vegetables, except pumpkin into pieces and put into bowl.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3)Add black pepper and olive oil to the vegetables in the bowl. Stir well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">4)Lay vegetables to baking tray and bake at 170 degrees up to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u00a05)Add cut pumpkin and bake another 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">6)Take vegetables out of the oven and put them into soup pot. Add water.
