Products in store contain lots of added sugars that are not so good for our body. When usually muesli contains a lot of beneficial ingredients, then adding sugar to it, automatically lose it\u2019s good quality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So, why not make that at home? That way you can choose what you want to add and what you want to leave out. Also muesli is really easy to make and could be really fun for children.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Homemade muesli<\/b><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 glasses of oats<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Nuts of choice, about 5-6 handfuls, for example almonds, walnuts, cashew, sunflower seeds,\u00a0 pumpkin seeds etc<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tsp of honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Roast oats, seeds and nuts with honey in the oven for about 10 minutes at 150 C. After taking muesli out of the oven add some dried cranberries, Be More goji berries or raisins.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bemore.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DSC_0094-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52458\" src=\"https:\/\/bemore.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DSC_0094-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><b>Muesli dessert<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sometimes, when you want to treat yourself with something good, the easiest dessert to make, is this one and children can do it by themselves.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ingredients:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vanilla soy yoghurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Chia seed-raspberry chutney<\/li>\n<li>Homemade muesli<\/li>\n<li>Berries for decoration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Take a wider glass and put all the ingredients in glass in layers. Decorate this dessert with favourite berries and some peppermint leaves.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Chia-raspberry chutney<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Try to make this chutney instead of the ones you usually eat. It is so easy to make.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">About\u00a0 1 glass of raspberries<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4-5 tbsp of maple syrup<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4 tbsp Be More chia-seeds<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Use blender to make puree from raspberries and maple syrup. If you don\u2019t like raspberry seeds, then use a strainer to get rid of them. Add chia seeds, stir and let chutney to sit for some hours.
