The product development of Relax capsules has been one of the most thorough and time-consuming, as we have approached research-based, involving researchers from the University of Tartu in product development and testing the impact in cooperation with the Ethics Committee.<\/p>

Relax capsules – what is it?<\/h2>

Relax capsules are 100% natural food supplement that supports peace of mind and mental health. The capsules contain four plant extracts – valerian, linden, hawthorn and red passion flower – which have been scientifically proven to relieve mild nervous tension as well as mild anxiety and stress.<\/p>

Valerian<\/strong> (Valeriana officinalis<\/em>) is a scientifically well-studied herb whose root extract has been shown to relieve mild nervous tension. It is probably the most familiar of the four herbs precisely because of its soothing properties.<\/p>

Linden <\/strong>(Tilia platyphyllos<\/em>) has been popularly used for colds but surprisingly scientific research of linden blossoms has given a newer direction to their effects. Namely, it has been recommended to use it as a herbal remedy for relieving the milder symptoms of mental stress.<\/p>

The hawthorn<\/strong> plant<\/strong> (Crataegus oxyacantha<\/em>) is usually used for mild heart problems such as irregular heartbeat. The European Medicines Agency recommends that hawthorn be used not only to relieve temporary symptomatic symptoms (eg palpitations) but also to relieve mild stress symptoms and improve sleep.<\/p>

The red passion flower<\/strong> (Passiflora incarnata<\/em>) is a soothing herb that the European Medicines Agency recommends as a traditional herbal medicine to relieve the mild symptoms of mental stress and sleep disorders.<\/p>

Vitamin B12<\/strong> contributes to the normal functioning and psychological functions of the nervous system. It also helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.<\/p>

Vitamin D3<\/strong> contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.<\/p>

The product does not contain artificial flavors, flavors, sweeteners, sugar or genetically modified ingredients.<\/p>

Who is it for and how to use it?<\/h2>

Relax natural capsules are suitable to use before or during a more intense period, such as an exam session, a public appearance or any other condition that causes milder symptoms of anxiety and stress. The supplement also reduces temporary mild nervous system symptoms such as palpitations but also supports restful sleep.<\/p>

It is recommended that adults (from the age of 18) take two capsules twice a day, once in the morning and in the evening with half a glass of water 20-30 minutes before eating. Recommended length of time to take Relax capsules is 2-3 months, one jar lasts for 15 days. Usage of capsules during pregnancy or breastfeeding are not recommended due to insufficient research.<\/p>
